The Great Extra Terrestrial Cook Off is a top down 2D cooking game. Present day earth, the alien invasion has begun. The aliens use their tractor beams to beam people, refrigerators, stoves, and counters onto their flying saucers. Upon arriving on the alien spaceships, the player then find hungry alien judges that want to sample the quality of earth’s foods. The player learns they must cook unique and delicious meals for the aliens or else they themselves will be eaten along with the rest of the population of earth. he ingredients in the refrigerators and the bosses desire is randomly chosen from a pool at the start of each game, so each playthrough is different.

The Great Extra Terrestrial Cook Off was created during a semester in college for a Game Content Design course I took and I learned about and created a full Game Design Document along with this game. This game was created in the Unity engine with all the code written in C#. The textures and sprites were all created with a combination of Modo and Photoshop. I also recorded and mixed all the music and sound effects using Studio One. Basically I did everything myself. I enjoy every aspect of game development.

I’ve released this game and it can be downloaded for free from:

Original Music

I also enjoy creating music. I play guitars, bass, and drums with several instruments on the side. I don’t have a whole lot of stuff that I have publicly released, but I have a couple things.I definitely plan to make more music sometime in the future. Check out the link to my Bandcamp page to see what I’ve released.

Djent Fighter Prototype

Djent Fighter is another prototype I created using Unreal Engine 4 and C++. It is a VR rhythm fighting game. The idea would be that music would play and enemies run at you trying to get by you and to fight them you have to punch them to the beat.
